According to the National Coalition for Homeless Veterans, 32,882 veterans experience homelessness in the United States as of January 2024. In San Diego County, there are about 865 veterans sleeping on the streets each night. These individuals have sacrificed their lives for the betterment of our country, and its only right that we do our part to give them support and show our gratitude.

Everything from yoga to meditation workshops, we want to make sure these veterans are mindfully sound and in the best mental state possible so that they can go forth into the world and succeed.
